“Hi Unfortunately I still have not received my items. The email stated that the parcel had been dispatched on Monday 3rd June and I still have not hade confirmation that the items have arrived in the store to collect. I went into the store on Saturday to check but they hadn't arrived.”

Hiya We're sorry to hear you've had issues with the battery on your watch. The battery wouldn't be covered under the 24 month warranty and can be replaced at almost any high street jewellers.
