Missing the initials that I paid for! Very unimpressed as it was a gift. But watch is very nice. Once this has been rectified I would love to leave a glowing review as I got gifted a watch and love it!

Service was quick. The watch was significantly too large for my wrist without enough holes on the strap which I found very strange.

The braclet is beautiful and came in great time but it is so big and not adjustable. I wish it had extra adjustable links to make it fit all.

I ordered 4 initial bracelets for my bridesmaids they have come back to my disappointment the initial are so fair it’s really difficult to tell they have been personalised very poor quality would not recommend

I ordered a bag and it messed me about and took ages to come, then the day it arrived.. which they put in my bin outside!!!! Anyone could have taken it. The bag went into sale?! I’ve messaged customer services but still no response!

The bag did come in great timing but looked totally different to what I thought I ordered the colours are totally different to what they looked like in the pictures really upset and disappoint

Ordered reaplacment strap In grey thought it was leather turned out to be suede worn twice shows every mark looks like I have had it for years!!! Not pleased at all Initial watch was lovely had to go back to original metal strap

I was expecting good quality to say I was paying £39 for the rose gold bangle but I don’t think it was of high standards the quality of it was a bit disappointing

Lovely design, efficient delivery/well packaged. However, poor quality handbag with scuffed front metal buckle/underneath lining. Stitching coming apart after minimal use.

Hiya We're sorry to hear you've had issues with the battery on your watch. The battery wouldn't be covered under the 24 month warranty and can be replaced at almost any high street jewellers. I have loved all of my purchases until after less than 6 months my watch strap fell apart. A recent clutch bag used twice has its stitching coming away on the buckle. So mixed reviews.......

Order received a couple of days after it was placed. But upon opening the box the glass was out of the watch face itself. Contacting customer services is easy but it's the reply takes a couple of days. Not what I expect when paying over 100 pounds for something. The watch has been returned and was delivered on the ninth of January. I contacted them again on Tuesday to be told they havent received it yet, I checked tracking and it was delivered. I would advise anyone who reads this to avoid this company if you don't want the same problems I've had to deal with.

The ivory is more of a cream and the extra i paid for my i initials to be stampe was a waste because barely visible to me dont think they stamped it well. The bag itself was nice and i like the bracelet style handle but I really bought it for the personalisation as my birthday outfit so less impressed.

Having previously bought and received jewellery from Abbott Lyon I decided to purchase a bracelet for my daughter and one for my niece for Christmas. This time however I have been really disappointed with these 2 items. The engraved bracelet I wish I’d taken to a local jeweller as you can barely see the name engraved. The items just seem smaller and thinner than would I would have imagined coming from yourselves,as for the packacking it is awful.I’ve always loved your packaging the little drawer boxes and the little cards inside. But this time one bracelet was wrapped around a thin piece of card and the other in a cheapish box and then stuffed in a Jiffy bag. These are Xmas presents So all in all disappointing. And not too sure if I’ll order again
