I have loved all of my purchases until after less than 6 months my watch strap fell apart. A recent clutch bag used twice has its stitching coming away on the buckle. So mixed reviews.......

Order received a couple of days after it was placed. But upon opening the box the glass was out of the watch face itself. Contacting customer services is easy but it's the reply takes a couple of days. Not what I expect when paying over 100 pounds for something. The watch has been returned and was delivered on the ninth of January. I contacted them again on Tuesday to be told they havent received it yet, I checked tracking and it was delivered. I would advise anyone who reads this to avoid this company if you don't want the same problems I've had to deal with.

The ivory is more of a cream and the extra i paid for my i initials to be stampe was a waste because barely visible to me dont think they stamped it well. The bag itself was nice and i like the bracelet style handle but I really bought it for the personalisation as my birthday outfit so less impressed.

Having previously bought and received jewellery from Abbott Lyon I decided to purchase a bracelet for my daughter and one for my niece for Christmas. This time however I have been really disappointed with these 2 items. The engraved bracelet I wish I’d taken to a local jeweller as you can barely see the name engraved. The items just seem smaller and thinner than would I would have imagined coming from yourselves,as for the packacking it is awful.I’ve always loved your packaging the little drawer boxes and the little cards inside. But this time one bracelet was wrapped around a thin piece of card and the other in a cheapish box and then stuffed in a Jiffy bag. These are Xmas presents So all in all disappointing. And not too sure if I’ll order again

It took longer to arrive than expected ( although Australia Post's Express delivery was abysmal as well, taking 2 days for the parcel to travel about 25-30 kilometres). As it was a 21st birthday present, it was disappointing.

I ordered on the 25th November for delivery to Dubai. I am still waiting and it’s getting close to Christmas. Totally unacceptable. This should be sent by a reliable courier company. Disappointed so far!

I wasn’t very impressed with this product, hence the return. The metal was a lot more pink than what I would consider rose gold to be, and the finishing on the chain and the zoo were just not up to standard. I was so disappointed as I loved this bag online!

The Mauve pink moda handbag is very lovely. However, the retail price is £59 but it appears to have increased to £69 in time for Christmas.

Very dissapionted I ordered the blush watch and when I opened the watch I received it looks more like the rose gold one it has all dirty figure marks on it .It definitely doesn't look like it's photo it's missing the finesse .I JUST hope my daughter won't be to dissapionted at Christmas. We move to Ireland on Monday so haven't got time to send it back

Ordered the Bella wallet in white & with rose gold initials sadly when it arrived it was marked so think their quality control department needs looking at awaiting a replacement

Just upset that I requested the watched to be engraved and it didn’t get engraved. It was a birthday present for my sister. That little extra touch was going to make the present so special. Just upset it got missed out. Other then that everything else was fine.

The blazer arrived on time, however it was very creased and was not packaged well considering the price. The blazer also had a number of loose threads which I was not pleased about.

I ordered a wallet for my best friends birthday. It arrived quickly but unfortunately arrived in the wrong colour! It’s was personalised too. I’m yet to receive a reply from the customer service team... I’m really disappointed.

Still haven’t received my order and my tracking has not been updated for 7 days. Initial tracking site redirects to New Zealand post when it should to aus post. Confused where my order is
