“I have got this email today we hope you are enjoying your jewelry and write a review. The poor thing is I ordered a necklace and two bracelets over 3 weeks ago still haven’t received them to email every day to follow up as was a birthday birthday which passes last week. To yesterday get an email to say I should receive by 8th December 2 months after ordering absolutely ridiculous. Customer service no help and the postage company phone and chat just a bot which is no help. The jewelry is in customs the past 10 days and will stay there for another 2 weeks apparently. Would never order again”
