“Customer service great, got an email stating delivery due 12-15 days (!) Despite on ordering delivery date scheduled 23rd December. They confirmed very quickly it will be 23rd December at the latest. Hopefully this review isn't premature and the bespoke necklace arrives before Christmas 🤞”

“After a miss error from myself regarding delivery to wrong address on shipping details Thembisa was more then helpful changing all details even though I had other emails saying delivery can’t be changed. A big thank you too Thembisa for all your efforts I can’t thank you enough. Made my day, fingers crossed I get my necklace before Xmas 🎅. “Abbott Lyon are a brilliant company. Unfortunately my order was being delivered by Evri!! It went to another address and then was lost. After contacting AL and proving it hadn’t been delivered to me, they immediately rectified the problem and a replacement was sent out the same day. I love the necklace, beautifully packaged and looking forward to wearing it over the Christmas period. Customer service is amazing. You really feel cared for a a valued customer.”
