“The look of the jewelry is nice. However my bracelet broke within a few weeks. The shipping take forever and you have to pay a customs fee of $40 which is not disclosed at time of purchase.”

“Hi, I ordered a watch and bracelet for a Christmas present on 11th of November, for some reason it was held up in customs for over four weeks, I emailed several times regarding delivery and the support team got back to me every time within a few hours and sorted the problem, package arrived and presentation was excellent, would happily order again from Abbot Lyon just not sure about delivery times.”
