“Ordered a beyond the stars necklace personalised along with 2 other necklaces on 24th November on time for Christmas but only one necklace arrived and not the personalised one I needed ahead of Christmas Day. This has left me without a Christmas Gift for my mum despite me chasing this on multiple occasions ahead of the 25th December .Very disappointed.”

“I would have given 5 stars but I’ve been let down with a gift I ordered on 5/12/25 as a Christmas present was not delivered before Christmas due to a “warehouse issue”. I was emailed to say that due to the issue my delivery was being upgraded to DPD next day delivery UK mainland only. I live in Northern Ireland which should have been obvious. I replied to the email but received no response. Very disappointed 😞”

“The service and quality of craftsmanship goes above and beyond. Even when I had to return part of my order to replace with a different chain a few days before Christmas, I still received everything in time for Christmas (I chose the wrong size chain so no fault of yours). I can’t wait to order more products in the new year as loving gifts for my family. I may even treat myself too 🤭. May you carry on and do more great things in 2026 and beyond xx”

“I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered on 11th November a personalised item. It was for xmas and only ment to be 14 days to come. My dad just passed away and it had his picture in it for my mum for Xmas. It eventually turned up on the 23rd December!! I sent countless emails and all the responses were just computer generated replays. It was very stressful and worry. The end result was good. The necklace and locket altho very still to open and close was actually very nice. It’s just a shame the service was so poor.”
