I received the non personalised necklace first, as the other one obviously takes longer, which o really appreciated! “I purchased a Christmas gift plus another item. Sadly, the second item didn't live up to my expectations, so I wished to return it. I called them directly as I wasn't sure of the procedure, and the lady was very helpful. I do object to paying over three pounds for postage to return a very small ring, not worth the money, and which weighed nothing at all. This would prevent me from ordering anything more.”

“Absolutely shocking! Was told items purchased would be delivered on dates I needed them so I purchased a few pieces. I have not received these on time but keep getting told your items will be with you on the 23rd Dec just in time for xmas....I didn't need them for 23rd! I needed them well before that date. Now these personalised items are no good as I was gifting them to people in another country I am travelling too!!! Shocking”

“Poorest customer service imaginable! I ordered a customised bracelet on 12th December as a Christmas gift for my partner. Despite ordering in good time, I was later told it would not arrive before Christmas due to a 9th December standard delivery cut-off — something that was not made clear at checkout. I contacted their AI chat on 15th December to check progress, as I received no update to say the item had entered assembly. The following morning, customer service informed me it wouldn’t be ready in time. I immediately asked to upgrade to express delivery and pay any additional fees to ensure Christmas delivery. That option was not clearly advertised, and despite following up twice, I received no response. What makes this worse is that within the last 24 hours, I have continued to receive promotional emails stating “1 more day for guaranteed Christmas delivery.” This directly contradicts what I was told and feels misleading, particularly as my order was placed earlier than this advertised window. For an expensive, customised bracelet and a gift of significant personal importance, the lack of communication, unclear delivery options, unanswered messages, and contradictory advertising have been incredibly frustrating. This is easily the poorest customer service experience I’ve had, especially from a brand positioning itself as premium. I would not recommend ordering time-sensitive or customised gifts unless you are prepared for poor communication and missed expectations.”
