“Another beautiful piece from Abbott lyon. I purchased a name necklace for my niece for Christmas which I'm sure she's going to love. Great customer care kept me updated throughout the process,can't recommend Abbott lyon enough i will continue to purchase from them for special gifts”

“Ordered a jewellery box which didn’t arrive through no fault of Abbott Lyon. I contacted customer services who were apologetic, polite and efficient. They sent a replacement immediately using a different delivery company and it arrived the next day. Absolutely outstanding customer service - highly recommended.”

“Experience with Abbott Lyon first class. However, not received gift as Evri have not delivered nine days after sending me an email to say it was out for delivery. I would strongly suggest Abbott Lyon sever all ties with the worst delivery company in the country.”

“Thankyou so much for my jewellery it’s beautiful as always! Also thankyou for quickly helping me when my Christmas present orders were supposedly ‘delivered’ by Evri but not received. It seems Evri have lost a lot of parcels this year which is very sad and annoying for both retailer & customers. I was kindly sent replacements by DPD which I received within 2 days! Thankyou so much 🥰”

“Lovely product - exactly what I wanted. The delivery and process around this was poor. The first delivery attempted did not arrive. We had to reorder the ring which then arrived two weeks later. Very long wait but lovely product.”

“Purchased a number of items, one of which was personalised for Christmas. Even after their “quality checking” it was spelt incorrectly. Dealt with my query and offered refund, but has been 7 days and I am still waiting!! Had to pay out again for an alternative item from a different Jewellery outlet. Not happy as I am now out of pocket by £150”
