“Shocking company. Ordered a personalised piece on 10 November, finally arrived 18 December. Nearly 2 weeks after the delivery date Id been given when ordering. Chased several times but got a generic response from an AI powered customer service, ‘thanking me for my patience’ and not even apologising let alone providing any more information. Product itself is lovely but customer service and delivery time mean I won’t use them again.”

“I ordered the Green Quartz Huggie Earrings Set based on a friend's recommendation (Order #AL3257653). While the website does mention "slight variations" in natural stones, the difference in my case was stark - drastically different from the online photos, not a "slight variation." As a first-time customer dealing with a disappointing purchase, I expected Abbott Lyon to meet me halfway. Instead, they offered only store credit minus £2.49 for return shipping AND minus the original shipping costs I paid - essentially deducting nearly £5 total from my refund for their product not matching expectations. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this response was shockingly rigid. A reasonable resolution would have included a full refund including all shipping costs, plus perhaps a voucher as a goodwill gesture for the poor first impression. Instead, they showed zero flexibility or interest in retaining a new customer. I was recommended to try them - now I'll be recommending people avoid them. There are plenty of jewellery brands that actually value customer satisfaction. Will not be shopping here again.”

“I have now had several items from yourself both for previous Christmas presents and birthday presents. Everyone I have bought for loves the jewellery and watch . I was given a watch for my 60th birthday last year and it is a pleasure to wear this for special occasions. The jewellery is high quality,stays bright and tarnish free and easy to wear.i would recommend to everyone I know and it has been easy and a pleasure to buy.
