“After having an order not delivered by Evri I contacted Abbott Lyon they looked into the matter and a replacement was sent out within 48 hours I received the replacement as it's a gift I am sure the recipient will be delighted”

“Ordered 28th Nov payment taken 1st Dec from bank delay in delivery this is the second one now not due till 29th of December sent a reply back saying this is Christmas presents for our daughters who both had a terrible year and we wanted to give them something special we was willing to pay any extra delivery cost of delivery for Christmas or cancel Order haven’t received a reply back surprise surprise terrible customer service But received marketing email today from Abbot Lyon saying order today for Christmas delivery What about when you order on the 28th November but can’t get Christmas delivery shocking service”

I used live chat to speak to someone and got through straight away, they sent it onto internal staff who were in constant contact with me via email and sorted the issue straight away. Cannot fault the communication, the staff or the products. My fave jewellery company.”

“Shocking service, personalised item ordered 28th November promising pre Christmas delivery. Contacted today 18th December to enquire about delivery date, was then informed will arrive after 30th December. This is misleading & fraudulent offering delivery in time for Christmas. Dispute now opened with both AL & bank. Certainly wouldn’t dream of ordering another item from this company.”
