“I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered on 11th November a personalised item. It was for xmas and only ment to be 14 days to come. My dad just passed away and it had his picture in it for my mum for Xmas. It eventually turned up on the 23rd December!! I sent countless emails and all the responses were just computer generated replays. It was very stressful and worry. The end result was good. The necklace and locket altho very still to open and close was actually very nice. It’s just a shame the service was so poor.”

“Unfortunately the present I had designed and made for my daughter’s Christmas present didn’t arrive. I chased several times to be advised at the last minute that the packaging had been damaged. I asked for the item to be delivered in the current state but got standard automated messaging but no delivery! Very disappointed daughter on Christmas morning.”

I ordered on 30th November and had next to no response other than you are contacting the courier as it’s with them, then someone else saying there has been a delay in dispatch. So which is it. It’ll be the last I order.”

“Got the gift box’s and gift bag order wrong. Sent out new still wrong. Asked for a refund but customer service didn’t read/listen to message just sent out more box’s. Waste of money and time as had to already give the present. Ended up with many gift box’s that are just a waste. Asked to send back for a refund however was declined. Feel let down by the customer service.”
