“Always good quality”

“I ordered a watch for my daughter. When the box arrived it had pen scribble on it. I sent a message asking for a new box. The automated response asked for info already provided in my email so I had to contact them again explaining that I could not give someone a gift which was scribbled on. I was promised a new box by Christmas which never arrived. So I did give the watch in the spoiled box but was not at all impressed by the customer service which all the marketing is keen to say is special. Will not use this company again.”

“Ordered 3 items for Christmas presents 25/11/25. Despite numerous emails guaranteeing delivery the items did not arrive. Absolutely furious to have been lied too and you were still advertising 2/3 days before Christmas! Yes you did give a gift voucher as compensation…however I wanted the items I had purchased! Never again. Slick advertising with no substance.”

A replacement was sent as quickly as possible and has since been delivered, but we completely understand that this doesn’t make up for the timing and the stress it caused. “Unfortunately my item was delayed so didn't arrive before Christmas but I was given a £75 voucher for the delay which enabled me to get the Mrs a bag that arrived in 2 days so was very happy. My item arrived on the 2nd of January so better late than never Mrs loves it. Excellent customer service.”
