“Shocking. There aren’t enough words to describe how bad my experience has been and I can’t actually review the product as they never bothered to make it in time but the conduct of the company has been shambolic. I ordered a photo locket with gift wrap in November as a Christmas present with estimated shipping, which I paid extra to ensure arrival on time, was due to be 14-17th December. It is now 24th December and the item has just been shipped which is an absolute disgrace. While I understand the nature of production and postal delays at this time of year there can be no excuse for being this far behind for what’s obviously such an important present. This is all the more frustrating as when I have requested updates on my order I have been given assurances that the product was “guaranteed” to have arrived by December 23rd, this was obviously lies as it didn’t happen and hadn’t looked likely to for days beforehand. The latest response received today now says the item will not be gift wrapped (which will correctly be refunded) as they would rather get the item out than wait any longer but it is already too late. The whole situation has been handled terribly and for the product to not even be finished 7-10 days after it should have arrived is inexcusable. I will be staying well away from Abbott Lyon in the future and would strongly advise anyone else to do the same.”

“The pictures online looked so much better than the actual thing, only chose a short name on a ring, (6 letters) detail was not ( in my opinion) very clear, was actually in two minds whether to still give it as a present. The information on delivery, was good, kept up to date.”
