“I really wish I was able to leave a better review. But since you asked. I still have not received my items, I only received the bracelets that were not personalised and hand chain. I am still waiting to receive the personalised necklaces and bracelet. This is so disappointing as I ordered for this on the 5th of December, spending some good money. Why accept orders knowing fully well you cannot meet up with the demand! I still reached out to yous over the weekend and was told I will get them by Tuesday🥹 The hand chain and bracelet I received look beautiful. However im sad I did not receive my order in full.”

“Bought “Custom Zodiac Coin Necklace (Gold)”. Overall, the product appears good (only had it a couple of days). The delivery and customer service were lacklustre. Bought on 28/11/2025. Confirmation email on 28/11/2025 and stated it would be arriving between 14/12/2025-17/12/2025. 18/12/2025 I composed and sent an email about the situation and was informed that the package is guaranteed to arrive by 17/12/2025 (which was yesterday) so they changed the date of arrival to 23/12/2025. 22/12/2025 received an email which changed parcel arrival to 24/12/2025. 24/12/2025 parcel arrived. I suspect the customer service emails were (at the very least) assisted with AI given the date mistake (saying it was guaranteed to arrive but 17/12/2025 when it was already 18/12/2025) and the email responses being similar to the company AI chatbot responses. Only contact is via email, no phone .”
