“Service with Abbott Lyon has been grand, updated each step of the way but been let down when it has come to delivery. The parcel is with Evri and was suppose to be delivered before Christmas but I have still yet to receive it. Contact with Abbott Lyon and was only told that evri have had a delay. When contacting evri they have responded with the item will be delivered on the 24th due to a delay and they will be in touch. Still hasn’t been delivered and no further response from them. This was a Christmas gift and was ordered well within the time for expected delivery as well as extra paid for delivery to make sure it arrived in plenty of time. I’ve received an email to review an item I’ve yet to receive and unfortunately the only thing I can review is the poor delivery service.”

“Not Impressed ....I bought a couple of bracelets since work mates raved about this site . glad I got a buy get one free as no way would I pay £100 per bracelet that looks like a bracelet that came off a market stall for £10 .. I ordered the gift box and wax stamp I asked for the the same initial on the was stamp as the names on the bracelets they both came on the gift bag with my initial. So waste of money .. So if they hadn't turn up late with no chance to send back or time to buy something else I had to keep them and give as presents but will not be buying off here again ...”

“Well it’s been 5 weeks and I still haven’t received my necklace. I never buy custom or more expensive jewelry for myself either. About a week ago I got a notification saying that I had to pay another $45 in tariffs for my necklace to be released. That is 50% the price of my item! I reached out to them and they said there is an agreement on their website before you checkout, which is true. However, I don’t think when people agree to that they are expecting to pay another 50% of the item total. There should be some kind of range to prepare people. I responded to the email expressing my dissatisfaction and have not heard back from them. So my item which I already paid $90 for is being held hostage unless I send another $45. Feels like a scam at the minimum Very poor business practice. They advertise themselves as British company, but products are coming from China. Buyer be ware.”
