“Very appalled, ordered a personalised necklace and bracelet. Said it would arrive the 18th December, still has not arrived and have not heard any further communication!”

“Well it’s been 5 weeks and I still haven’t received my necklace. I never buy custom or more expensive jewelry for myself either. About a week ago I got a notification saying that I had to pay another $45 in tariffs for my necklace to be released. That is 50% the price of my item! I reached out to them and they said there is an agreement on their website before you checkout, which is true. However, I don’t think when people agree to that they are expecting to pay another 50% of the item total. There should be some kind of range to prepare people. I responded to the email expressing my dissatisfaction and have not heard back from them. So my item which I already paid $90 for is being held hostage unless I send another $45. Feels like a scam at the minimum Very poor business practice. They advertise themselves as British company, but products are coming from China. Buyer be ware.”

“Ordered a beyond the stars necklace personalised along with 2 other necklaces on 24th November on time for Christmas but only one necklace arrived and not the personalised one I needed ahead of Christmas Day. This has left me without a Christmas Gift for my mum despite me chasing this on multiple occasions ahead of the 25th December .Very disappointed.”

“I would have given 5 stars but I’ve been let down with a gift I ordered on 5/12/25 as a Christmas present was not delivered before Christmas due to a “warehouse issue”. I was emailed to say that due to the issue my delivery was being upgraded to DPD next day delivery UK mainland only. I live in Northern Ireland which should have been obvious. I replied to the email but received no response. Very disappointed 😞”

Even when I had to return part of my order to replace with a different chain a few days before Christmas, I still received everything in time for Christmas (I chose the wrong size chain so no fault of yours).
