“I’ve used Abbott Lyon many times and I keep coming back because the customer service is excellent! The most efficient company I have ordered from online. Most recently I placed an order and I made a mistake on the sizes for 2 bracelets for special birthdays. The turnaround from sending them back to re ordering was 24hours knowing that we have a party for friends at the weekend. The quality is perfect it doesn’t tarnish and the pieces are beautiful. “The bracelet is beautiful and when i showed a friend she also wants 1. i ordered 2 1 in gold and the other in silver but unfortunately the silver 1 was wrong .I returned it no problem with Evri and customer services gave me a code to reorder which was really easy to do . Expecting replacement very shortly and carnt wait as they are so beautifully made and really sparkle . Sure my daughters are going to love them as they look more expensive than they actually were .Highly recommend”
