“I bought my daughter the green quartz heart necklace, bracelet & matching earrings for her birthday in May & she loved them & has worn them most days since then. However, a couple of weeks ago, the green heart dropped off the bracelet, which was really disappointing. I emailed Abbot Lyon & couldn't be more impressed with the service that I received. They replied within an hour of getting the email & after receiving evidence from myself, sent me a discount code to buy a replacement covering the cost. This was all sorted within a day & we have just received the replacement bracelet, which my daughter is really happy with. Excellent service.”

“i ordered the fine mini pearl clover bracelet and i couldn’t be more impressed with it. i have the tiniest wrists known to man so it was so nice to have a bracelet actually fit and sit well on me rather than fall all the way to my elbow. it’s super delicate and lightweight, doesn’t affect me wearing my watch and could easily be layered. it arrived quickly which is always a win, and the ordering process was so easy. amazing!!”
