“I love the jewellery. I bought a solitaire ring which I love. It’s lost the gold of the ring you replaced it with no fuss. I received a new one and within a month it’s gone the same. I’m not very good at emails so as soon as I can sort it out, I will try and contact you to see if there’s anything else you can do.”

“I don't understand why you send these emails asking for reviews before orders have been delivered? I have STILL not received my order yet. It was the same the last time I ordered.... receiving an email before my order. You're the slowest company I've ever ordered anything from for delivery. Takes weeks and weeks”
