“First two orders arrived fine third order I am still waiting on they insisted that they delivered it to my address they even sent me a delivery notification but it was not my name or address that’s on the wax on the delivery notification so someone else is enjoying my daughters Xmas present I was made to feel like a liar and a fraudster even though it clearly states where the parcel was delivered too and it wasn’t me Never again will I buy from them”

I can understand how frustrating this must be with delivery showing the wrong address. If you are able to email us we'd like to look into this with the courier and help get it resolved.

“I'm not sure what to write as havnt reveived watch yet, but I was disappointed that the offers for add ons only lasted 24 hours and if you missed that window they couldnt change it to suit what you wanted. otherwise customer service come back very quickly, which is good.”
