“I recently purchased a necklace, that was personalised with myself husband and grandchildren, I put in my discount code, only to be charged £104, I contacted customer services, and explained what had happened, within 5 minutes it was resolved and I will get my refund within 3/5 days. Again thank you x”

“I placed an order but had an issue with the Black Friday discount code not working. I contacted customer service and spoke to “Mandisa” who basically told me “tough luck”. After emailing again I spoke to Griffiths who was brilliant and managed to fix everything so a massive shout out to them. I haven’t received my necklace yet but was asked to leave feedback on my customer service experience and based on the service I received from Griffiths alone I am rating it 5*. Thank you Griffiths!”
