I ordered earrings for a Christmas present and they went missing via the delivery company, so Abbot and Lyon sent me a replacement within a day of me contacting them, can’t thank them enough for doing that for me, really appreciate it, I will definitely use them again and the earrings are so lovely and really good quality.
