“My order was lost by EVRI (who claimed they had try to deliver it unsuccessfully, but as I was working from home I knew it was a lie as their status had never changed from out for delivery. Abbott Lyon customer service were great - they found that EVRI had indeed lost the package and would investigate and sent another one out immediately which arrived two days later so i was pretty impressed. Plus they put a name to their responses so you have a point of contact. So yes I'm pleased. EVRI are a complete shame.”

“Fantastic to deal with so helpful. I unfortunately had a problem with my order, missing due to damaged box when delivered- absolutely not their fault but what a great company they were helpful and dealt with my issue promptly and made it very stress free. And absolutely stunning jewellery!”

“It’s hard for me to give a honest review, the items I ordered was not delivered, But when I informed them was told that that they will send out the correct items by the 12th, so I am just waiting if I get them, before I can be honest on the product and service”

“This is the second request I have been sent to review Abbott Lynon however very frustratingly have not yet recieved my order made on 1-Dec for delivery 'between 5th December and 8th December'. Evri said they would deliver on 6-Dec however it never came. Evri contacted me and said 'your parcel(s) are still due for delivery today' but it never came I contacted Abbott Lyon customer service on 8-Dec and was told a response would be in 48 hours. The order has still not arrived and I've since been sent 2 emails asking to provide a review so have no choice other than to write about this negative experience.”

“Very efficient service, jewellry arrived safely, beautifully wrapped. It's a Xmas present for my daughter so will need to wait until December 25 to see if she likes it but I'm sure she will as she had wanted a swatch from yourselves for a while. I also got a very good deal on Black Friday.”
