“Above and beyond service and quality. Strong cardboard packaging preserved the gift packaging and items from Xmas delivery trucks. The items were perfect and so beautiful it made my wife's Xmas. The personalised items were done perfectly with no rough edges or dents. Even had a little surprise from Abbott Lyon in the box which was lovely and much appreciated. We will be buying again (3rd time really) 5* set ice and product”

“Usually love I’ve received, it took longer than when they said it would arrive I understand it’s a busy time but when it came the name did not look like what it was meant to say.”

“I sent a message about not getting pkg because apparently it was lost. Then I got a message stating it was at customs awaiting payment. I did receive a link but nothing in the link directed me to a way to pay for it. Now that Christmas is over and having no way to get pkg I no longer want the pkg and am hoping that I will be getting a refund when it is return. Will update review when I hear something back.”

Had a slight delay during the busy period but the customer service team were spot on and provided a new expected delivery date - to which the delivery was earlier than stated - very impressed.
