“Parcel loat customer service email only poor response and no call backs .Order stuff beginning of November and still waiting it 7 weeks later .When trying to cancel always answer sorry you can’t cancel .”

“I love my jewellery. Lovely quality. I purchased a neckless and a bracelet. Once it arrived I realised the bracket was too small the Abbott Lyon immediately sent me a larger size. They didn’t even wait for it to be received, the customer service team were happy with proof of postage which meant I had my new bracelet in time for Xmas. Thank you so much!”

“I have had no problems with all my purchases from you. They’ve always been greatly received by my friends and family who which they were for. EXCEPT I have been let down this year (maybe not directly by you) but Everi I’m still waiting for my daughters bracelets to come. They’ve had them for7days and still no delivery.
