“Main item, bangle, purchased was fine. Given a free chain was little to small in length and very fine. When purchasing main item was offered another braclet for a discounted price, picture of item very clear and it looked suitable so I purchased it. The item did arrive in very good turn around time however when I opened the additional item I purchased it was as per the picture but not as big as I had expected. My conclusion is that there is no substitution for seeing jewellery before purchasing it.”
