“I ordered the floating heart necklaces for my daughters for Christmas one in gold and one in silver . The gold one is perfect but the silver sphere chain looks tarnished it’s very dark and the catch is very hard to open and close . I have sent multiple videos and photos but abbot Lyon have concluded there is nothing wrong with it !!!!very disappointed as all that needed done is the chain needed replaced ! Shocking customer service very disappointed !! Had this not been a Christmas present then I’d be sending the whole order back !!! I certainly won’t be buying from them again !!!!id be giving zero stars if it was an option !!! I have also tried to add photos to this review but un surprisingly the system won’t allow me to !”

“For some reason the 2 for 1 additional bracket was not added to the order and I was mortified. I contacted customer services straight away and the AI reply said there was nothing they could do as refunds aren't possible on personalised items. However, Melissa from customer services emailed me as soon as the customer service lines opened to say they would do the refund so I could re order the 2 for 1 bracelets. I am now awaiting my beautiful pieces. Thank you so much for being unsterstansing and helpful.”

“I was gifted an Abbott Lyon personalised bracelet a year ago, and I recently purchased a second one to wear as a pair. They are really lovely bracelets, although the adjustable chain is a little long for me (I have very small wrists). Comfortable to wear, and long-lasting - I think they are a great gift, for yourself or someone else, for the price.”

“Ordered a personalised multi name necklace on the black Friday deal very reasonable price. I waited just over a week and worried my order may have got lost. So I emailed customer service on a Sunday and I received immediate confirmation that my request had been received by them then within the hour I received a lovely email from customef service assistant fundisile who kindly explained that order was taking a little longer due to the personalisation. Very happy with the company and customer service and look forward to receiving my item.”
