I ordered a bracelet but completely forgot to input a discount code and although complete my error I contacted the customer service team who honoured the discount I should have received. I'm yet to receive my bracelet but just the service so far has been really impressive.”

“I bought 2 bracelets has gifts, they were beautiful, unfortunately I thought they were a little to delicate. I went through the returns process, I had a few issues with the portal, there was a error message . The service and communication that I received to sort the problem, was excellent, top notch customer service. Thank you Abbott Lyon. “Ordered from Abbott Lyon on Oct 6 and it’s Nov 16 with NOTHING delivered. Their “12–15 day” promise is a joke and false advertising. Customer service is useless—multiple emails and no one can tell me where my order even is, I have never spoken to a person about my order, always a robot. Worst experience ever.
