Then there’s little packets / boxes bracelets come in, they had make up stains on them. And there’s no customer service from this people so don’t even bother emailing them.”

“The worst experience I have ever had with any online retailer in my life! Don’t know where to start….but late deliveries, missing orders and the worst customer service responses I have ever witnessed. Talking in riddles and going around in circles. Then to a point where they have simply stopped replying and ignored my emails. I am out of pocket and missing 3 separate orders which Abbot Lyon representatives will not resolve!!! This is essentially fraud/theft!!!”
