“I absolutely love your pieces. I have a few now, some I have bought for myself and some I have gifted to others. They are perfect for a small meaningful gift- for my friend who is a midwife in India. The initial necklace was just right and she loved it. I recently changed jobs and my colleagues bought me the two tone pearl Belgravia watch, I was so pleased and it looks lovely!”

“Place a ordered for Xmas that was personalised, told 3 days before Xmas item has been sent back to sender and they do not know why, credit led me a voucher but I can not re order as it will not come in time for Xmas and plus the code they sent for the money does not work and I’ve not heard back from anyone as rather a refund as this is not my issue”

“Really poor. Extremely slow delivery (3 weeks+), and when the order arrived, part of it was incorrect. To then be informed on the 23rd December that it won’t be rectified in time for Christmas was disappointing, but to not be offered any other solution, or partial refund, shows that the company truly doesn’t care. It seems the company places all its emphasis on paying influencers and spending money on social media marketing, and ignores the basics like customer satisfaction.”
