“I brought a personalised gold heart shaped photo locket for my girlfriend for Xmas, I was amazed with the quality of it, proper attention to detail and care has gone into it. The customer service was also outstanding, thank you Nicole!”

“Really poor. Ordered an item in November as a Christmas present and it still hasn’t arrived. When requesting an update, just got standard automated responses with no attempts to resolve anything.
