“I only received one of my 2 personalised necklaces - customer services is appalling - I have only had one personal reply since last Friday - I have had to wrap and empty gift bag and will have to explain to my daughter why she has no gift - shocking !!!”

“Didn't receive and although that was the couriers fault the help from Abbott Lyon was poor. After reporting i was still waiting since 19 November and it was obvious I wasn't getting it , I was told to be reminded that it would be another 15 days( which was a lot quicker !) I then just requested a refund which was authorised quickly followed by this email asking if I like my purchase!. Such a shame because my previous orders were completely different.”

“I purchased a necklace which I haven't received apparently its still at Evri and when you look at the tracking link is just says there is a problem. I have sent emails as there isn't a phone number call. I sent 5 emails and yet to have a reply my last email I requested a full refund and once again I have been ignored. I am absolutely disgusted the way I have been treated. Now I have to take this matter further in order to get a full refund. I do not recommend this company. I would not have given it any stars if I could.”

“I placed an order the end of October for my daughter’s birthday mid November. I should have received my order by the 14th November but it never arrived. After chasing my order with the CS Team numerous times, to be told the item I had ordered was delayed due to stock not arriving on time, Abbott Lyon failed to keep me up to date. As I didn’t receive my order for my daughter’s birthday, I had to purchase something else. My order finally arrived mid December! Missing gift bag that I had purchased extra! Again had to chase this up. This was the first and the final time I will ever order from Abbott Lyon. Poor customer service, lack of communication. I was given a £50 credit for the inconvenience, which cannot be used in conjunction with any offers/discounts, I won’t be using it or passing it to anyone else for that matter.”
