“Ordered a personalised necklace for a special birthday, Evri failed to deliver it, instead sending it back to Abbott Lyon, I got back in touch and the lovely people at Abbott Lyon remade my order and sent it out to me in less than 2 weeks, I cannot praise this customer service enough. Now I get to give the present when it was meant for.”

“Had one arrive empty, it was a present for two days later they said they would send a replacement it would get to me, it didn’t so I returned it. Still got charged postage when I had said just refund me it won’t get here. Next one also late as Evri insisted on it being delivered to a person even though it was not a pod. Third one expensive had been on final check for over a week and was latest 23rd another present. Arrived on the 23rd after I chased it. I’ve asked for the postage refund heard nothing.”
