“Have multiple pieces of jewellery from AL which I love. I decided to order 2 customised bracelets as presents however one item wasn’t what I ordered. I got in contact with AL by email where I showed what I ordered and what I received and was replied to promptly offering a replacement bracelet and within about 12 hours the order was confirmed. Customer service was excellent. Disappointing I was sent the wrong bracelet but mistakes happen - very happy with the response from the AL team. Thank you!”

“Iv bought alot of pieces from Abbot Lyon over the last year or 2. There were some issues with some rings a while back, but their customer service regarding it was 5* and faultless. I really rate their earrings especially, no tarnishing and have several pairs. I recently made an another order quite late in the night, as a gift, but missed out on an offer, by hours that was put on the next day. I emailed them, and they honoured the offer. They didn’t have to, as this was just bad timing on my behalf. Thankyou Abbot Lyon team. Xx”
