Delivery service is terrible , 3 weeks and still not here .. said dispatched over a week ago . Maybe when they arrive I can comment on them ..

Packaging didn't come with original order but was sent after when requested but still not right. Shame as necklace is lovely.

Disappointing! Necklace is lovely but it doesn’t sit well with the charms on. Not worth the money.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent AL order - We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces by photographing them in natural light with little to no editing so get a clear example - I'm so sorry that you aren't 100% happy. Unfortunately, our bespoke items are non-returnable due to being customised to you, however, I do hope that we'll be able to welcome you back again in the future.
Asked for next day delivery when I ordered on the Monday but it did not arrive until Saturday due to a postal strike. But you refunded my postage.

The ring is nice and fits well. However, my personalised letter 'C' engraving is nothing like the photos on the website. It's just a plain, old 'C', and not a nice, fancy font! Disappointing, actually.

It is a very nice necklace however the chain is a lot more delicate than I thought and pendants smaller than expected

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces with images & videos in real-life settings, with little to no editing. As your necklace has been custom-made for you, it is non-returnable - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.
Beautiful bracelet , though somewhat tight , an extra link would be great , can you purchase an extra l link maybe that would be great
