Overall the bracelet is very good, although more flimsy and not as sturdy as I expected, still it’s a gift for an 11 year old so should be ok. Not 100% sure it’s worth the large amount paid though. I have a major issue with how long it took to get to us though, waited nearly a month for it, I appreciate that there are Royal Mail strikes but still shouldn’t have took this long!!!!

Very small not worth £45.earrings Boxes very nice But jewelry doesn't look worth the money Or look real .

I'd love to be able to tell you how you did, but it's still not arrived! I ordered it on the 30th November! Not very good being on day 8 and it's still not here is it? That said, I've not given a poor or very poor star score as I appreciate this may not be your fault. I would love to know where it is mind, so if you could tell me, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you. Also concerned that it may be too small, and that I'd have to request the extra link like others have done, and you've been kind enough to send, but was holding off doing so to see it first. But time is ticking and concerned I'll end up with a bracelett that doesn't fit on Christmas day. Any help you can offer would be much appreciated. Thank you. Paul

Item ordered 26 November, not yet arrived - 8 December. Sent email, just got apology, no offer to contact Royal Mail. Understand there are delays due to postal strike but 12 days? Still saying 4-7 days delivery on website, bit longer if ordered on strike days.

I still have not received my order with I placed on the 18th of November. I look at track my order and it says it’s dispatched to Royal Mail on the 30th of November.

I was disappointed with my purchase. The gold is very bright and makes it look very cheap. Maybe the sliver looks better quality.

Not too pleased with this as The pendant I expected to be attached to the necklace. There is no way to get it onto the figaro necklace apart from using the opening link. as I will need to use an extender chain to make the necklace fit this is not an appt solution. I can’t put this on the chain myself without taking to a jeweller! Had I have known this I would have ordered it!
