Not too pleased with this as The pendant I expected to be attached to the necklace. There is no way to get it onto the figaro necklace apart from using the opening link. as I will need to use an extender chain to make the necklace fit this is not an appt solution. I can’t put this on the chain myself without taking to a jeweller! Had I have known this I would have ordered it!

It's a dull silver,almost looks like it's tarnished and needs a clean.I wasn't sure whether to keep it but I buffed it up and it looks better

Lovely earrings but an issue with clasp on both. Struggled to get clipped once through ear. Had to manipulate not ideal

I would really love to write a review about the watch that I ordered from you, however I am unfortunately unable to do that because some 9 days after receiving an email from yourselves saying my purchase was on its way I am still waiting on it being delivered, which I fully understand is no reflection on your company.

The necklace was lovely really delicate my only problem was the Letter and birthstone were, I felt too big for the chain, I have kept them but I’m sure the recipient will not wear the birthstone it’s far too big

Ordered bracelet on 11/11/22 still have not received it to date. I did live chat and company stated they had dispatched item and maybe the postal strike had impacted. They advised me to inform them if I had not received it by 8/12. I was impressed with the company’s live chat response and am hopeful my order will materialise

Products arrived well packed and in a timely manner . The bracelet is extremely fine and frankly looks expensive for what you get .
