Considering the lead time I was extremely disappointed to find the bracelet was tiny and would not even fit my daughter let alone my mother in law who it was purchased for. Very disappointed

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces by including measurements in each product description. As your bracelet has been custom-made for you, it is non-returnable - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.
Cannot put this bracelet on , without help the catch is so tight to get onto the ring to close

I received my necklace which was £89. Upon receipt of the item I felt like the item didn't look worth the price. I expressed this to customers service and was told I couldn't return it as it was customised... I dont understand how you can't return an item if your unhappy with the quality

It’s not a bad experience exactly the birthstone moves in the necklace but the small letter seems to be static I am wishing I had ordered a large one as it seems moveable can you help

My second time purchasing from here but this was a total miss. I ordered the gold sphere chain bracelet with the Gemini pendant and it’s HUGE! The product photos they have are misleading because it looks like bracelet is normal size when it’s actually just lower on the models forearm. The quality of course is amazing but I’m afraid to even wear it bc I feel like it will just fall off. There’s a tighter loop but it’s on the same side as the hook so I don’t even know how that’s supposed to even work? Very disappointed especially from such a high quality brand.

The first watch I got I loved. 2nd one looks very cheap and it was not! Then the necklaces I ordered look like they are worth £5. The website makes everything look beautiful but the reality is quite different. Also takes over 2 weeks to post.

The wait time between purchase and shipping / delivery is disappointing, I'm still waiting for my order after more than three weeks. Receiving marketing emails asking 'How was your order' also isn't great when it hasn't arrived yet.

It has been almost 2 weeks since we ordered a necklace & haven’t received anything. The tracking information hasn’t been updated since November 30th. This is a Christmas present for my daughter & I’m really worried that she won’t receive it by then 😭😭

Ordered a bag which was marked. Put new bag In basket to check availability - my Money was instantly taken from Card used on original purchase. Although no security code was added and I never store cards. (Plus if I was intending to purchase again I would of used the 25 per cent off code received )e mailed severely times to request second payment not taken. I had no response until after it was taken. I now how 2 bags to return and await refund. I tried to contact by phone no number. Very upset

Charm is a lot smaller than I thought. Also maybe an idea to package the item in a proper pouch rather than just a cardboard envelope. I can't be bothered to return this, so will keep this and give as a present.

Hi I emailed there 3 days ago requesting a label to return this item but I still haven’t received the label, my reason for return is that my boyfriend doesn’t like it

Received personalised necklace which took weeks to arrive and a gold bracelet and I'm so disappointed in the quality and I must admit it could buy better quality in a fashion store in town, the feel is terrible, so plastic like and just isn't what is described or shown in pictures. The necklace is much thicker than in photos and the bracelet looks so cheap on.
