“Ordered a bag which was marked. Put new bag In basket to check availability - my Money was instantly taken from Card used on original purchase. Although no security code was added and I never store cards. (Plus if I was intending to purchase again I would of used the 25 per cent off code received )e mailed severely times to request second payment not taken. I had no response until after it was taken. I now how 2 bags to return and await refund. I tried to contact by phone no number. Very upset”

“Charm is a lot smaller than I thought. Also maybe an idea to package the item in a proper pouch rather than just a cardboard envelope. I can't be bothered to return this, so will keep this and give as a present.”

“Received personalised necklace which took weeks to arrive and a gold bracelet and I'm so disappointed in the quality and I must admit it could buy better quality in a fashion store in town, the feel is terrible, so plastic like and just isn't what is described or shown in pictures. The necklace is much thicker than in photos and the bracelet looks so cheap on.”

“Great upbeat communications and packaging but iPhone 11 Pro Max case in blush pink with letter R just doesn’t look right. It was replaced but received exactly the same. Not central, too close to camera and not straight. Letter R on the website looks amazing then received a dull, flat and boring letter R. Obvious now that the image was full of reflective light which made the letter R stand out but my wife was so disappointed when opening the box and seeing what you get. Case is ok and fits the phone. £50 is very questionable.”

“Up till now an ok company. This the 1st time I have sent something back, not a quick process, and communication is poor, posted on a 48hr last Thursday 08/08 still not had any confirmation of a refund. I'm used to another companies returns process(won't mention their name but they are huge) and as soon as the bar code is scanned in the Post Office a return of the funds is on it's way. All in all this would experience this time would make me wary of using them again unless 100% sure of keeping the items.”

“I ordered two handbags with initials on them. One of them is fine, but the other isn’t. The letters are not neat and the rose gold goes over the lines and there is a blob of the rose gold above the first letter. Overall it just looks messy and not neat and tidy. I’m a little disappointed as I was so looking forward to these bags.”

“Unfortunately I've had to return my order. There was discolouring on one of the rose gold handles and the chain looked cheap and the hook to attach the bag, looked like it was about to break. The embossing of my intials looked messing too. As a first time customer I'm highly disappointed specially for the price I paid. The only good point was there delivery was brilliant”
