I would love to tell you my opinion and what I think. But seems as I havnt received the item I've paid good money for and to get delivered I might aswell have picked it up myself

I still haven’t recieved my order yet despite ordering a month ago. Before purchasing it should tell you how long rather than an email a few days after ordering.

It is hard for me to review my purchase as I am still waiting for it to arrive. To be fair I think the delay is due to the Royal Mail strike. I have chased with Abbott Lyon Today but told to wait until 9th December. Not sure where my order is laying around but have to hope it arrives soon and not damaged.

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces with images & videos in real-life settings, with little to no editing. As your necklace has been custom-made for you, it is non-returnable - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.

The jewellery was lovely. The gift packaging awful so sent back which is shame as bracelet really lovely but looks cheep in such poor presentation.

Haven't received my order yet, only placed yesterday, that's not the problem, unfair the fact they kept emailing with small discounts then after I ordered they announced buy one get one free, I emailed and Instagram messaged to cancel which was ignore and item was dispatched. Lousy treatment.
