“Item was very late, missed the date I needed it for (estimated date was earlier than this and it was still she) and wouldn't give me an option to refund even though the item hadn't been made yet. No communication from them either unless you constantly get in touch”

“The jewellery looks great but unfortunately the customer service is horrendous after countless emails and complaints still no further forward in fact I still have not got any form of reply bar the copy and paste of please give your details even though I have countless times. Really disappointed with the service and has put me off ever shopping here again. I have also returned my items and still yet to receive my refund after 10 days really poor service”

“I recently purchased a few items from Abbott Lyon, and I have to say, I’m really impressed. The quality of their products is amazing—especially the leather bags and watches. They feel luxurious but don’t break the bank, which is hard to find these days. The customization options, like adding initials, really make each piece feel unique and personal. Shipping was fast, and the customer service was super helpful when I had questions. I’m really happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend them!”

“The products themselves are lovely and good quality, which makes this even more disappointing. The customer service is absolutely appalling. I raised an issue before Christmas and, to this day, I’m yet to hear back with any kind of resolution. None of my questions were actually answered, and there was no effort to help or provide a solution just repeated messages asking if I had any further questions, despite my original ones being ignored. It’s incredibly frustrating and has really let the brand down.”

“I had submitted feedback to Abbott Lyon directly but their response has been just an acknowledgement and frankly inadequate so I am now leaving a review as requested. Having spent £50 on a pair of small gold plated studs as a Christmas present and a further £5 on a personalised, I was hoping the recipient would have a nice surprise. As it was there was no gift option, nothing to promise no invoice in the package and the personalised note was printed in such tiny font it could not be read. This resulted in an awkward exchange with the recipient not knowing who the present was from or why. I cannot recommend this company, they're expensive with substandard execution and customer service.”
