“After using A L for the first time at Christmas I have to say I am very disappointed. My partner order earrings , floating locket necklace and bracelet. The necklace never arrived, after a credit note was issued, I managed to order another one . That did arrive by birth stones wouldn’t fit, contacted AL they issued a credit note for 2 more birthstones which again wouldn’t fit. Another chat with A L another credit note for stones offered. Even after taking necklace to jewellers still wouldn’t fit , finally asked for a full refund. Now another email requesting earrings be sent back and a full refund will be given. I understand these things happen . We will not be using A L again .”
