“The earrings arrived and are nice but they are from the Stacey Solomon range and there is no reference to that at all. As my daughter in law is collecting the Stacey jewellery so some kind of branding on the packaging would be nice. I asked customer services who said the Stacey packaging is unavailable and they aren’t able to send anything at all , not even a leaflet. The customer services operative cut off our conversation saying there was nothing they could do to help. Literally any Stacey packaging might have helped.. wasn’t asking for the world. It was after all why I bought the earrings in the first place.”
