“Purchased a lovely set of earrings and a matching pendant as a gift from my husband for Christmas gone. I’ve had a few pieces of jewellery from them in the past and all have been lovely and I enjoy wearing them and have never had any problems, but sadly recently a stone came out of one of the latest earrings and was lost I was so upset as I loved them. I contacted A. L. explained the situation and forwarded onto them pictures and order details for them to look into it. I had a lovely quick response from them very apologetic and very helpful….they offered me a credit voucher for the full amount so as I could order the same pair or a different pair to the same value! Of course I ordered the same pair again as they are gorgeous, and they had them packed up and sent out to me straight away….couldn’t have asked for better service! Thankyou once again. I will still continue to purchase from A. L. in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.”

“Sadly the bar on this Confetti Bangle comes undone and in the process I lost the 3 charms also purchased. This happened twice. Customer services were great at sending a replacement. However, 3 days of wearing the 2nd, the same happened again. Personally I would not purchase this item again nor recommend it to anyone”
