“I recently bought an anklet and a bracelet from Abbott Lyon and absolutely love them both. Unfortunately, the anklet broke, and I assumed I would just have to accept the loss. However, after contacting customer service, they were incredibly helpful and provided me with a credit note so I could order a replacement. Fantastic customer service and a really positive experience. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products. I’ll definitely be buying from Abbott Lyon again!”

“Ordered a necklace and matching bracelet, didn't realise until after I'd booked that the bracelet wouldn't be deliver for about 8 weeks, so it won't come in time for mu sisters special birthday treat, when the neclace came the initial is so much smaller than advertised”

“I was gifted a AL bracelet from my bridesmaids for my wedding day and it was beautiful. However, the practicality of wearing it everyday was awful. Firstly, it’s great that it’s adjustable to meet the size you want, but with self confessed skinny wrists it mean there was a longer chain hanging that needed. Whilst I found a solution to stop this, the AL branding meant that any other bracelet I wore alongside this eventually got caught in it with the potential to break. And you can’t remove this branding - a very stupid design flaw. The customer service for rectifying this and I love my initial and necklace chain (I thought best to try a necklace after my experience with their bracelets).”
