“As bad as customer experience as you could ever imagine.. Misleading messages on site at point of ordering and when contacted to correct the error they did everything the could to make it more difficulty Simply to take money unnecessarily.. Won’t shop with these again.”

“Contacted Abbott & Lyon about an issue via email over 9 days ago & never received a response despite sending three emails. Evri were supposed to deliver my parcel 13/02/26 still not received it. Poor customer care, unable to speak with anyone direct which is frustrating. Recent purchase was a birthday present for my friend but unfortunately they did not receive it on time.”

“The service was amazing. I ordered a personalised necklace for my Mum’s 80th Birthday. The delivery date was March and I emailed them to explain she was having a surprise party and was there anyway we could receive it by the 14th February. It arrived the day before beautifully packaged. Mum was thrilled with the necklace and I was so grateful to the company. Thank you so much! Amazing service and quality of product!”
