“I dont usually do reviews but on this occasion I had to. This is my second purchase. First time was very good service but this time …Outstanding! Engraved silver heart Bracelet is beautiful . Its easy to praise when things go right but for me the test of a very good company is how they deal with a customer when things dont go as smoothly as hoped. Abbott Lyon exceeded all expectations . Superb. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Would I recommend? Absolutely - indeed I already have!”

“I have been ordering amazing and beautiful from Abbott Lyon for about 3 years now. The delivery has always been true to what was confirmed at purchase time. I have had to contact customer service twice only regarding one item clip fault and an engraving error. Both times Abbott Lyon staff could not have been more helpful. Gave complete refunds plus extra for any hassle caused and responded promptly. You literally couldn't get better help or service. Then always followed up with emails to check i was happy with outcome. They are very professional but with that personal touch. This is certainly a company I have a would recommend to anyone. Now all my friends know to only biy me Abbott Lyon products as it is all I wear. They now also only ever get Abbott Lyon jewellery from me. No shopping around needed as vast range of products so always have new lines coming in so choice is endless. Also knowledge of what you are ordering will be excellent quality too. I literally could not praise Abbott Lyon enough 😊”
