“Jewellery nice but shocking delivery schedule. Was quoted 12 to 15 days delivery and I'm still waiting for my order nearly 30 days on. Not ordering anything else as this is two years running. Keep receiving emails stating guaranteed delivery before Christmas though. I think you should concentrate on the orders that have been placed and paid for first.”
