“I've ordered numerous items from Abbott and all have been fabulous. However this time I ordered a christmas present with plenty of time for delivery and it hasnt been delivered. It's a personalised item top of my daughters xmas list. Evri were expecting it on the 11th decemebr. Emailed abbott lyon and still no response.”

“I ordered an item on the 8th December for a friends bday, I paid next day delivery and I still haven’t recieved my items. I have had to wait and then wait, I get answers yes but nothing seems to happen, I’ve confirmed twice now and still nothing. I’m really disappointed you come so highly recommended I have even received my own gifts. The item I ordered is now out of stock but if it was acted on quicker it may not have happened. My friend is still without a gift and I am still none the wiser as to when I will actually receive my items”

“Appalling Customer Service. You can only talk to their robot Lucy. Ordered in time for Christmas and the robot keeps telling me my order in final stages of preparation but with guarantee of delivery within 24 hours if not sooner! You cannot talk to anyone. Anybody that tells me Artificial Intelligence is the way forward is way wrong. After purchasing many lovely gifts over the years, a company I will now avoid and not recommend to anyone. Enjoy your Christmas works party with the robots.”

“Ordered on 28th November. Still waiting, no update. Chased delivery as showing as being delivered 26-30th December even though they were still advertising guaranteed Christmas delivery two weeks after my order! I have requested to change delivery address which was accepted at first. However when I replied with the address they said it’s already been dispatched but I have not received any dispatch confirmation emails! Feels like customer service is just an AI chat bot and not humans. Absolute joke, will never use again”

“I made an order on 18th November 2025. It is now the 20th of December and it is still nowhere to be seen. My confirmation email states that it would arrive between 6th and 9th December. I raised a query with customer services on 15th December and was shocked when a customer service agent tried to tell me that my confirmation email actually said ‘arriving on or before 16th December’ - no such thing! I send screenshots and have asked for a refund as this is behind a joke. I was sent daily emails to say they have been in touch with the courier, but as soon as I made the request for a refund which I am well entitled to, I haven’t heard a thing. Really disappointed with this brand. Marketing emails and the website are advertising deliberately before Christmas - don’t hold your breath! Unless you made an order 6 months in advance! Terrible.”
