“Received the wrong personalised item, two days before Christmas. Spoke with someone on email fairly quickly and then they stopped replying, following day I had a response saying that my delivery has arrived, as if it was a delivery issue. Explained that I wanted a refund/ credit note due to incorrect item received and damaged packaging, as Christmas has now passed and bought the person and alternate gift. And still no response! Waited nearly a month for items to arrive, granted they were personalised but this turned out to be such a shambles! Seems to be someone else dealing with each email and not reading what has been discussed! Still no outcome on this matter. The correct item I received was the personalised bangle in the M/L - looks lovely but really small sizing”

“Evri are a shambles. Ordered as a Christmas gift and attempted delivery on Monday after changing the time on the day, so wasnt home. Then complete silence on redelivery and still not arrived. Avoid Evri at all costs as customer service is none existant!”

“Myself and wife ordered products at the same time in plenty of time for xmas, wifes order was delivered weeks in time mine is still not here (26th December) no free gift was included in my wifes order despite the promised promotion when order was made. Will be keen to see if the promised free gift will be included in my order when it finally arrives after Christmas Day!”

“The necklace itself was lovely, however I’ve only given 4 stars due to customer service. While I got updates of where my necklace was within Abbot Lyon, there was a period of around a week or more where I had heard nothing and with it getting closer to Christmas, I needed to know when I’d be receiving it. To their credit, Abbot Lyon were very quick in getting back to be about my order, but overall have deducted a star due to automatic updates not being sent out often enough as original expected delivery date was around the 15th December, the actual delivery was 21st December”
