“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Abbot Lyon’s customer service is absolutely fantastic. When I contacted them about missing gems on a necklace, they sent out a brand new replacement within just 2 days. They were super helpful, responsive, and made the whole process completely stress-free. I love buying pieces from them — the quality is amazing and every item is stunning. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely keep shopping with them!”

“Ordered heart stud earrings and double initial necklace. Pleased with jewellery - small delay with necklace which I had to chase but arrived in the end. Took advantage of free tennis necklace which is lovely and half price bracelet.”

“The product itself is very good. What lets the experience down is the overuse of AI for customer service. I ordered on 6th of December expecting Christmas delivery. This did actual happen however, when contacting Abbott Lyon nearer Christmas as the items hadn’t arrived, I was told delivery would be 29th with a weak AI apology. In future, consider using actual humans for customer service and not AI.”

“Was disappointed with the delivery as ordered in what I thought was in plenty of time (1st Dec) to give to my granddaughter before christmas but didnt arrive until the day before so was unable to give it to her until after christmas. Also, not impressed with the necklace the name looks very thin,cheap and almost looks like an extra letter on the end where the link is for the chain. With all this in hindsight I probably wouldn't have chosen to buy it.”

“I've bought a number of pieces from Abbott Lyon and they've all been really well made, never tarnished and still look branded new even after alot of wear over years. Only reason not giving a 5star is because i recently ordered 2 personalised bangles in the largest size and they are tight fitting. Iam only a size 12/14 so don't think I have large wrists so it would be nice if they made things like bangles in a bigger size to fit more people but otherwise absolutely brilliant and really recommend”
