“I’ve bought several lockets for myself and family members. I had an issue with the tarnishing but once I contacted customer service, they were able to provide me with credit to replace them & they were very nice about it. No complaints!”

“Absolutely dreadful service. The first order I placed got returned to you before it was delivered to me . I re ordered on 11th November and I’m STILL waiting , I had an email on the 20th November saying “not long to wait now !” . Utterly hopeless, I’m wondering if the item will ever arrive 😡 Very unhappy as this was a birthday present for my daughter, her birthday was on 8th November.”
