“Accidentally ordered the wrong item and immediately tried to cancel the transaction. Using the chat bot was extremely unhelpful and having made my views clear an actual human (Nothando) got in touch and sorted the issue out. So 5 stars to Nothando, zero stars to the chat bot. Perhaps as a company you could stop your over reliance on AI.”

“Without being an expert on jewellery, I cannot comment on the quality. I bought it for a young relative who wanted an upgrade from the £5 quality she usually bought. While new, these necklaces and earrings didn't look very different but I would hope they will last better. Because of the visual similarity, the presentation was very important but I was horrified to have a thin, squashed, torn cardboard box delivered with a hole big enough for me to put my hand inside. Plainly the delivery company bears some responsibility but my feeling was that Abbott Lyon didn't value what was inside so now neither do I. I regret the purchase.”
