“Items not delivered, ones that were delivered as gifts in ripped packaging, on the 23rd December awaiting a response on items missing that are gifts. Substandard customer service, asking for photographs of what I have received to ascertain what is missing rather than just read my emails and look at my orders. No resolution or refund at this point. I would never order from here again.”

I swiftly contacted support and have had sporadic replies - with days going between contact and obviously automated replies . Still not resolved , no refund and no item . I do not recommend this company as the customer service is awful/non existent!”
