You can tell a lot of care goes into the design and materials. The ordering process was smooth, shipping was faster than expected, and everything arrived beautifully packaged. It felt like opening a gift. Customer service was also friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’m already eyeing my next piece. “This Company go above and beyond with their Customer Service Staff. I had the mis fortune to loose my bracelet (the clasp was faulty) - I was expecting to pay for a replacement one - but no Abbott Lyon very kindly sent me a credit note to replace my much loved bracelet. “Firstly i love the quality of there product and the durability of it, i have had a small issue with a bracelet which I have worn constantly for nearly a year (had lots of comments about it), I messaged Abbott Lyon about the issue and it was dealt with instantly with me receiving a gift code for the full value to repurchase the item that had an issue if I wished the matter was resolved within 2 days of messaging them. 100% excellent service.”
