“I made an order on the 28th November, it’s now the 23rd December and it’s still not arrived, which is my daughters Christmas present, which I’ll have to explain to her now that it didn’t arrive. I emailed a few times, to be told delivery takes 2-4 days even though mine has taken 25 days. I shall never order from you again. You shouldn’t offer personalised items if you can’t do it in time for Christmas.”

“I had a few issues when I first ordered, the necklace didn't come as I wanted and I wanted to change the free bracelet. But the team where super helpful and sorted out all my issues. I emailed them and they responded quickly. Apologising for my issues but assured me that they could help me solve them. They allowed me to return the necklace and gave me the credit to buy another one and then exchange the bracelet. They both arrived in time for Christmas”
