Beyond disappointed with delivery taking 5 weeks and missing for Christmas, bracelet keeps opening due to clasp location - not a smart desigb

No product delivered, no human customer service, no telephone number and all emails ignored. Money taken from account without any service received. Avoid at all costs. Clearly overtrading in the run up to Christmas and however well intentioned the business is, they are letting people down badly at this time.

Brought my daughters a personalised Christmas present for thier mummy on the 8th December which stated "will be delivered by Christmas ". 29th December and still no sign with 2 very upset daughters Christmas day as they couldn't give thier mummy the present they wanted to give.

Still waiting on my personalised necklace which I ordered 15th November, was told it would be delivered by the 18th December by 2 different people, they then said it won’t be arriving in time for Christmas but gave me a £75 gift card which was nice. Then I ordered something else with the gift card but it took card payment, I then contacted someone to cancel it straight away so I can use my gift card, still no reply to my emails, and when I get in contact it’s with AI robots. Also they have a 2For1 offer on but doesn’t work if you have gift card which I also think is wrong.

After seeing Stacey Solomon rave about this jewellery I wanted go treat my mum to a necklace in memory of my late father. . I ordered in time for Christmas but it wasn't up up thier standards and it was delayed but they kindly gave me a voucher so she still had something for Christmas but then I got another date and that was a mistake and now its due 3rd January. I am really disappointed that I have been told lots of different things I just want my mums gift . Despite the issues they have been really helpful and didnt have to give me a voucher . I still think they are a great company.

Unfortunately my personalised items did not arrive in time for Christmas. What this company did was send me a ÂŁ100 credit to order any items that would be guaranteed to arrive in time. They did!! I thought that this was incredibly generous and shows that they value their customers. I appreciate what you did and my daughter loved the alternative pieces. She will be over the moon when her personalised items arrive. They are amazing quality bracelets, we were very happy. Thank you â˜ș

My experience with Abbott Lyon has been brilliant. I ordered a personalised locket bracelet for my mum for christmas this year on the 22nd November. Whilst completing my order I was pre warned that it could take up to 3 weeks before shipment which was completely fine as I needed it for christmas. They told me that my order should be with me by the 19th December. They kept me updated throughout the making process with multiple emails. On the 18th December (one day before my order was supposed to be with me) I got an email to say that there had been a delay and my order would now be delivered by the 23rd December LATEST, slightly frustrating to hear considering the time frame but understandable during the christmas rush and I appreciated the great communication. On the 22nd December, I received an email from Abbott Lyon to say that my order would no longer be delivered in time for christmas as my personalised piece had to be remade as it did not meet final quality checks. I was disappointed to hear this as I had ordered it so far in advance and had already been told there was delays. HOWEVER, in the same email from them, they gave me a ÂŁ75 gift voucher to spend on their website as an apology and thank you for my patience. They explained that my original order would still be delivered and that I would receive a further update about the estimated delivery within 2 days (which I did.) I was taken back by the exceptional customer service and communicate from Abbott Lyon and their effort to make amends and apologise without me, as the customer, having to ask first. I used the voucher to purchase some beautiful gold hooped butterfly earrings which came within two days because they were not personalised!! Thank you Abbott Lyon.

First locket had wrong photos in. Replacement locket was broken the clasp did not work so the locket won’t close & when I tried to live chat it came back as all advisors busy

Not happy Christmas present promised for 23rd December at the very latest then changed to 24th then 27th, then e1st and now possibly 2nd or 3rd January Will not order from them again!!
