“The jewellery that I bought is beautiful, very happy with it. The only negative I have is when you send the email with updates about the order, there’s no order number so you can’t see which piece is being sent out. I have 3 pieces so would be handy to know which one it is, just a minor complaint”

“The customer service is excellent. Unfortunately tho I have been sent the wrong piece of jewellery 3 times now. Still waiting on new piece with correct engraving to arrive. I’m sure it’s not a reflection on how they operate normally but to make same mistake 3 times despite crystal clear emails from myself does seem strange. Beautiful jewellery though when it’s right.”
