“I ordered an item from AL. Was very excited about it. Shipping was paid on the front end with the order. Once it was shipped and in customs I received a notification another payment of $69 was required in order for it to be released from US Customs. This should really be disclosed on the front end prior to ordering especially when in store credits are the only option.”

I initially raised the issue on Tuesday 24th March, and then again on Thursday 26th with Evri, copying Abbott Lyon in for transparency. From the moment you picked this up, your response was prompt and proactive. After I provided the required information, the matter was resolved quickly and I received my gift the very next day.
