“Lost the little star on my new earings..emailed Abbot Lyon Sat evening as i wanted to pay for just a star..and got several replies..I then realised this was AI speaking as it kept repeating itself. But Sunday morning a real member of staff emailed with a code to replace the whole set or get anything else..wow!! They obviously don't have any spare stars..pity..but thrilled with the out come..very happy customer 😊”
