“This is the first time I have purchased anything from you . I bought the floating heart charm necklace with 3 birthstones .it arrived with all the stones separately wrapped and I had to put them in the heart . I have just noticed that one of the charms has come out and I have no idea how or when this happened as clasp appears secure Disappointed that this has happened”

“I ordered the Heart Mini Me necklace and chose to get the hearts engraved. I was dissapointed with how the letters had been place on the larger heart and it didn't resemble the image I saw online of the finished product. I had chosen this piece of jewellery as a Mother's Day gift for my grandaughter to give to my daughter which made my dissapointment even worse.”
