“Excellent really happy with it”

“Very disappointed. I placed an order on December 9, 2026. The website said it would be delivered before Christmas. It’s is now December 29 and no delivery date. I sent an inquiry and the response said it was held up in customs and I would get a notification to pay tariffs. To date I haven’t received anything. A second inquiry has not been answered after several days. I’m giving it another week. If I don’t hear back I will be disputing the charges.”

“Not sure about quality of necklace Because upon delivery it was required that I pay 79.86 to delivery driver for terrifs. I was not made aware of this until I received an email from said delivery company the day before delivery telling me I needed to pay this upon delivery…..I declined the delivery because I wasn’t about to pay another 80 bucks for the 120.00 necklace I purchased for my daughter’s Christmas present! I’m mad that Abbott Lyon didn’t disclose this to me. Very disappointing…..”

“The jewellery i ordered for Christmas didn't arrive. And as of the 30th December still hasn't, apparently it didn't pass the final checks. I ordered with what I imagined was plenty of time before Christmas for delivery and although the replacement items were a nice touch and appreciated, the actual item i wanted did not arrive. My advice would be dont push so much in advertising and instead try to deliver what was promised!”

“The jewellery is truly loving and well made but the after service let them down. Felt very much like the “customer service” was ai and didn’t answer my issues around missed delivery schedule. Just an automated we are looking into it. I left plenty of time for Christmas delivery to avoid stress and it became very stressful and down to the wire.”
