“I've ordered twice from abbott lyon. My first order is a customised ring which has a longish lead time so I havent recieved it yet. I bought it as a push present with my sons name on and to make up for the wait they sent us a beautiful teddy bear for my baby which is so lovely and very generous! I then ordered a beautiful bangle in silver which is stunning. I also love that its adjustable so I can make it fit me. The quality is great and I will definetely be orderering from them again in the future.”

When ordering I was asked for a reason for purchasing with them (optional) and I said it was a pick me up for myself due to a very recent family bereavement. A couple of days later there was a delivery of flowers from the team. This made me cry and smile at the same time. So very thoughtful. I also knew I had a bit of a wait for my purchase which I was fine with but once again the customer service kicked in and I was given some money back due to the delivery time delay. My necklace has just been delivered today and it is beautiful. Can't wait to wear it and show it off. Gorgeous jewellery, made to a high standard and excellent customer service.”

“Poor quality products. Terrible customer service. Two bracelets purchaed as Christmas presents and within less than 6 months both were unusable. One tarnished and one totally snapped resulting in it being lost. Advertised 5 year warranty is simply a lie and not honoured despite items not being fit for purpose. Customer team do not care and failed to honour the promised replacement under the warranty terms Shop elsewhere with a company that cares as at @abbottlyon happiness is certainly not guaranteed as promised.”
