“I have brought Abbott Lyon Jewellery many times and they are absolutely lovely. However I had an issue with one of my most recent purchases. Within an hour I was contacted and the issue was sorted out immediately with no hassle. Excellent customer service.”

“Very beautiful products and great customer services. Only problem for me is the post service for overseas. This is my 1st time shopping from A.L online, so I had no idea that the tracking number was already included in the order confirmation mail sent to me. After waiting for 6 days without receiving a shipping confirmation email, I sent a request reaching for help. Fortunately, the AL team responded very fast, then I realised that my order had been shipped already and arrived in my country. Overall, I am happy with the results”

“Please sort out the box you use for delivering orders , I only received one bracelet when I had ordered two , it was quite obvious that someone had opened the side of the box and taken the bracelet out , I had to send in pictures so that another bracelet could be sent out, the last time I ordered the birth stone charm broke and had to be replaced, sorry not impressed”

“This order was a replacement after an incorrect order arrived. Much to my disbelief they have now given me another voucher and told me to reorder for a gift that I wanted for the 26th July. I don’t even know what to do. But it is ridiculous. They couldn’t ask them to make the order quicker. I wouldn’t recommend Abbott Lyon to anyone. I certainly won’t be using them myself again.”
