“Write a review for a product I didn't receive. A real shame to be honest. I purchased a custom locket for my mum's 70th birthday and I was waiting longer than usual. No updates from AL it just said it was finishing making it so I called two weeks later only to be told my parcel was lost in transit. I feel if I hadn't of called I would have been none the wiser. Granted, I received a refund but lack of communication and a product I never received doesn't give a great first time customer experience. Luckily I was able to purchase from somewhere else and it arrived today”
