“Lovely jewellery and definitely buy again.Ive recently purchase the men’s initial bracelet and the lady’s initial ring and both was beautifully made. I did have a delay on a recent purchase but customer service was very good and kept me updated and apologised for the delay.”

“Customer service was disgraceful promised delivery 18th didn’t arrive and didn’t inform me it was delayedhad to ask where it was then told me was gonna be 23rd as they were overwhelmed despite still putting out adverts for Xmas delivery why when they couldn’t handle what they already had it did arrive on 23rd but until it arrived was stressing whether it would spoke to a bot which then put me through to a human that used AI to answer my question which was a different answer to the bot then they checked with the bot before finally admitting that the bot was right the whole experience was stressful I will never shop with them again”

“I chanced across this company when it popped up on Facebook. I initially ordered two pairs of mini hooped earrings in silver and gold and was so pleased with them that I ordered the interlinked crystal necklace and birthstone bracelet. They were equally lovely and reasonably priced. What I like about this family run business is the attention to detail even down to the packaging. They appear passionate about their products and that shines through with their excellent customer service. I'm sure I'll be tempted to order more in the future and will definitely be recommending to my family and friends.”

“Item was very late, missed the date I needed it for (estimated date was earlier than this and it was still she) and wouldn't give me an option to refund even though the item hadn't been made yet. No communication from them either unless you constantly get in touch”

“The jewellery looks great but unfortunately the customer service is horrendous after countless emails and complaints still no further forward in fact I still have not got any form of reply bar the copy and paste of please give your details even though I have countless times. Really disappointed with the service and has put me off ever shopping here again. I have also returned my items and still yet to receive my refund after 10 days really poor service”
