“I wouldn’t give any good rating to their products. I ordered in November there was a delay that they didn’t make me aware of and the product didn’t arrive until the 20th of December. When it arrived one of the photos had damage on it. And since then I have been chasing them regarding this with no help or resolutions”

“Received the wrong personalised item, two days before Christmas. Spoke with someone on email fairly quickly and then they stopped replying, following day I had a response saying that my delivery has arrived, as if it was a delivery issue. Explained that I wanted a refund/ credit note due to incorrect item received and damaged packaging, as Christmas has now passed and bought the person and alternate gift. And still no response! Waited nearly a month for items to arrive, granted they were personalised but this turned out to be such a shambles! Seems to be someone else dealing with each email and not reading what has been discussed! Still no outcome on this matter. The correct item I received was the personalised bangle in the M/L - looks lovely but really small sizing”
