“My braclet has broken and I have only had it for about a mont what do I do? Not happy”

“I was a bit disappointed with the quality. The chain is very flimsy and I think will break quite easily. Tbh it doesn’t look any different to a cheap version you could get in accessorize. It didn’t really live up to my expectations.”

“Make sure you order well in advance for the bespoke products ie:initials that you want. I ordered a present for my daughters 16th on the 8/1 thinking that would be plenty of time to receive for 25/1 (her birthday) unfortunately it never arrived until the 28th & even though I got in touch to see if it could be sent any earlier due to circumstances I just got standard reply, nothing personal or tried to go over & beyond to meet my needs.”

“Do not think you will get the personalised item sooner than time specified on website. I asked twice for it to arrive for a specific date and it's now missed my nieces birthday! I was even told I should have read the small print! The item I ordered is ok but I feel it will easily break. The gift box I paid for nothing special - it arrived in a thick pink bag which was torn putting it through my letterbox. I would not recommend this company.”

“I have gave 3 stars due to the amount of time it took to receive the item. 7 weeks frm order to delivery I just think is too much. I understand a shipping issue with DPD led to this however there was no form of compensation or faster processing time to fix this. As it is a bespoke piece, I understand it takes time to make but I feel like 7 weeks is extremely poor and it would put me off from reordering or recommending.”

“I was disappointed with the necklace I ordered as a present for my friends birthday. I ordered an initial pendant which was very small and thought the quality was poor. Unfortunately I could not return the item as it would have been too late for my friends birthday”

“Disapointed ...Whilst the letter and birth stone is a lovely size for the necklace I really felt it seemed cheap looking with sharp edges and very light I have kept it but not over impressed with the quality of the jewellery sorry but being honest”

“Compared to Pandora it’s cheaply made, sharp & scratchy & portrayed to look sturdier in your adverts than it is. Also the extension chain links are bigger & heavier than the necklace, so the weight of it keeps dragging round to the front. The packaging is where the money has been spent.”
